Q. I need help installing or using PostureSoft suite.

Q. I am a beginning computer user; will I have any trouble using the software?

A. Our software was designed with the Chiropractor/Health Care Professional in mind, not the computer engineer. The easy to use interface and effortless installation will have you up and running in no time at all. PostureSoft was designed to run on the average user's personal computer with no performance loss.

Q. What web cam do you recommend I purchase for use with the software?

A. Any windows compatible internet camera, also known as a web cam, will do. The most popular line of web cams are the Intel Create and Share and the QuickCam packages. Please be sure to read the system requirements for the particular brand of web cam you plan on purchasing to be sure it is fully compatible with your personal computer.

Q. Can I edit the database files outside of the application?

A. Currently PostureSoft does not support this method of data manipulation.

Q. Can the software be loaded on more than one machine?

A. Yes. Once the software has been purchased it is yours to install as many times as you wish, however if the disc is lost,a replacement will have to be purchased.

Q. Do I have to have a web cam to use the software correctly?

A. No, a digital camera can be used instead of a web cam.

Q. Can I use a digital camera?

A. Yes

Q. How long does the range of motion analysis take?

A. Should take approx. 5 minutes once persons using the software are familiar with the program.

Q. Do I have to have a web cam or digital camera to use the Demo?

A. No, we provide sample pictures to use for the demo.

Q. Can I change the personalization on software?

A. Due to copyrights and licensing, customization is not allowed at this point in time.

Q. Can the individual exercises be manipulated by the doctor to create his or her own exercises?

A. No, however the doctor can create an individual exercise plan for each patient.
